Perfect Sense (2011)

Ewan McGregor has signed on to HBO’s The Corrections.
The premium network’s adaptation of the acclaimed Jonathan Frazen novel about a dysfunctional Midwestern family has already cast Chris Cooper and Diane Wiest as the family’s parents, with McGregor playing their second child Chip.
This mark’s McGregor’s first regular role in a TV show (he appeared in a stand-out episode of ER back in the day). The Corrections is still only at the pilot stage, but it’s tough to see a cast this strong on a property this well known just sitting on the sidelines.

Why is Christopher Eccleston attractive to me in it? Oh, he’s putting on a Scottish accent, yer, that’ll do it :|
