What’s the matter, Raylan? You seem a bit agitated.

Michael Giacchino - Lost Final Season Soundtracks

Song - Sundown

The soundtrack to Lost has always played an important part in my love and enjoyment of the show, crying over the finale every time I hear Moving On just helps keeps the show and characters alive. Michael is one of my favourite composers his work really helps create the atmosphere of the show.

John Grant - Queen of Denmark

Song - Leopard And Lamb

Last minute addition to my top ten list comes John Grant, I stumbled across this album whilst looking for similar artists to Lone Wolf. This is an odd mixture of musical styles.  I’m not sure if I like it as much as John’s former band The Czars who I have become addicted to in the last month but it has some great songs on it and I can’t deny the beauty of his vocals.

British Sea Power - Zeus EP

Song - Bear

Technically an EP but at 8 tracks and 40 minutes longer than most albums. BSP consistently bring the goods and I can’t wait for their new album in January.

Sia - We Are Born

Song - The Fight

Originally I downloaded this purely for Nick Valensi involvement, it quickly consumed my brain. Sia should by all rights be massive, she has a wonderful voice and damn catchy songs.

Manic Street Preachers - Postcards From A Young Man

Song - A Billion Balconies Facing The Sun

My all time favourite band managed to live up to the awesomeness of last years Journal for the Plague Lovers by making their catchiest album since Everything Must Go. The only problem I have with it is that once I listen to it the songs refuse to leave my head for weeks.
